STRATEGY AND DISTRIBUTION

LPP S.A. is active in the design and distribution of clothing. Reserved, Cropp, House, and Mohito, are four recognized clothing brands that make up the core of the company and are well-anchored in the market. They are available in nearly 900 stores in a dozen-or-so Central and Eastern European countries..

LPP S.A. is building a leading position in clothes production and sales, while meeting the needs of demanding customers, based on three fundamental rules:

  • prepare collections according to the latest fashion trends,
  • develop efficient distribution channels in Europe based on the individual concepts of the stores,
  • develop activities aimed at strengthening the brands’ positions in the market.

LPP S.A. uses several distribution channels for its products. The main one is retail sale through its own brand stores, which are usually located in shopping malls.  The company delivers its products to wholesale stores, retail outlets, advertising agencies, and also exports them to various Central European countries.

The company’s development, an increase in demand for the products, and greater requirements concerning efficiency of distribution, convinced the board of LPP S.A. to undertake the biggest investment in the company's history. In 2008, the Distribution Center was built in Pruszcz Gdański, and covers an area of 30.6-thousand square meters and is 15 meters high. It employs approximately 250 people. It is one of the most modern centers in this part of Europe, utilizing complex technology and logistical processes.
