It was already the ninth time that Twój STYL invited Polish and foreign clothing producers to participate in the competition aimed at focusing on the most interesting articles of clothing and accessories, which were available in shops in 2008.

The jury evaluated the models selected by the stylists of the monthly magazine according to the following criteria: cut, quality of fabric, reference to the current trends in fashion, practical advantages, and finish. Collections were judged on designer's creativity, reference to haute couture or pret-a-porter fashion, and professionalism in making the collection. Also this year a title of Excellence of Fashion for Fashionable Event and the Best Designer 2008 was given. The readers of Twój STYL could also grant their own prize by voting during the year for the nominated products presented in every monthly edition. This year's edition's group of experts rewarded RESERVED twice. Shoes from the fall-winter collection were given a prize in popular brands category. The jury also noticed the collection of Gosia Baczyńska for RESERVED. The artist was recognized as the Designer of the Year 2008.

The jury, giving grounds to its decision, emphasized the following advantages of the rewarded shoes by RESERVED: 'Not all high-heeled shoes are examples of classical office elegance. These have an interesting shape, thin straps and their avant-garde winded up sewed noses make the ankle slim'. Their grounds for choosing Gosia Baczyńska said: 'Can great fashion be available to everyone? Today, cooperation of outstanding designers with popular brands is a common phenomenon. But not every such project has a happy ending.  In this case it was a doubtless success (…) At last the exclusive stopped to be unavailable'.

The Gala of 'Excellence of Fashion 2008 of Twój STYL' is a prestigious and long-awaited event in the world of fashion. It attracts representatives of fashion and cosmetic companies, designers, stylists, fashion journalists, actors, singers, and celebrities. Everyone's attention was drawn to Monika Richardson, who was looking beautiful in the muslin blouse and skirt from the esteemed collection of Gosia Baczyńska for RESERVED.
