The recruitment in LPP S.A. consists of a few stages. Hence we are sure that selected candidates are the proper persons in proper positions. Above all we are looking for all those who are interested in business and who are fond of style and fashion... Indeed, LPP SA is the expert in its own field for over 10 years. We want to work with such persons for whom joy at work is an important element of their professional life. Building a stable team is equally important to us. We do our best to manage the company's development so that it is compatible with the development of our employees' potential.

The first move is yours. If you are interested in any of the vacant positions, we welcome you to send us your application (CV and cover letter) to the e-mail address provided in the announcement. Each notice or announcement is valid for two weeks from its publishing and a candidate has to send his/her application within the given period.

After the receipt of applications, our HR employees begin the selection process. The candidates who are short-listed for the vacancy are invited to take part in the first stage of the recruitment process, i.e. a job interview.

The selected candidates are requested to take the necessary preparations for the initial interview. It is recommended to visit our stores and to check the current trends in the fashion. Certainly we often ask questions concerning the field of fashion and design. Candidates are not required to appear in formal clothing (e.g. in suit or dress and jacket. In our company, a formal wear is not obligatory; in fact, we prefer casual elegance.

The job interview usually lasts approximately 30 minutes. Usually, we take time in verifying the data in your CV. We conduct the conversation according to a certain scheme that will permit us to raise all pertinent matters in view of getting to know better the candidate. All candidates are informed about the result of this stage of the recruitment.

The persons who were successful at the interview are invited to participate in a testing stage. The purpose of the tests is to verify the candidate's qualifications for the position.  In this second meeting we look into the cadidate's factual skills (foreign language skills, computer skills, analytical thinking) and sometimes personality predispositions, among others. In case of a managerial position we also conduct an Assessment Centre sessions. As in the first stage of the recruitment process, we likewise inform all candidates about the result of this recruitment process.

If the summary of the second stage is positive, we invite the candidate successful to the third and last stage of the recruitment which consists in an interview with the leader of the department for which the recruitment process is performed.

In this meeting both parties get to know each other better and clarify pertinent issues and resolve any uncertainties or doubts. At this stage the selected candidate is presented the job offer. All other candidates who received positive results are recommended for other job vacancies within the company.
