LPP SA granted award in the 'Best of European Business' competition

On December 1st in the Royal Castle of Warsaw during the gala ending the Polish edition of the 'Best of European Business' competition, the Jury representatives granted statuettes to three of the best Polish companies: LPP SA, Synthos and TELE-FONIKA Kable. The prize winners of the Polish edition will compete against other best European companies in the Competition's international finals.

On November 13th, 2008 in Debrecen, Hungary, the first CROPP store, owned by LPP S.A., was opened. Thus Hungary joined the other 8 countries where CROPP is already present on the market.

On October 30th, 2008 the results of the 7th edition of the 2000 List, a rank of Polish enterprises according to the daily 'Rzeczpospolita' were announced. Our company was amongst 20 Good Companies chosen from among the 2000 List. We were distinguished for our dynamic and efficient development.

The results of the first study made connected with the reputation of public companies among the institutional investors were announced on the 21st of October 2008. LPP SA received the best result in the TRADE category and was granted second place in the general classification. According to the organisers, 80 joint stock companies were surveyed in terms of goodwill, which consisted of the following points: the company's integrity in the investment market, its image, its orientation towards business and the Board's role in managing the organization.
