SHAREHOLDING STRUCTURE
printOn the
15th of November 2000 the LPP shares were accepted for
the public turnover at the Stock Exchange in Warsaw (GPW). In
February 2001 there was a successful public subscription of G
series shares. The new investors covered 300,000 shares at 48 zł
per share. The income from the emission was designated for the
development of RESERVED chain store and investment in
informatization. The shares of LPP SA made their debut in the
parallel market of GPW on the 16th of May 2001 at 48.40
zł per share.
In April 2003 LPP
performed a new shares emission of H series. The financial and
individual investors purchased 190,000 shares with an emission
price of 265 zł in the public offer. The income from this emission
was also allotted for the development of the RESERVED chain stores
and an investment in informatization.
According to the
statement on the 25th of September 2008 the shareholders
with a minimum of 5% of the total shares made up the
