On the 1^st of July, 2009 the companies Artman and LPP S.A. have officially merged. The fusion was based on art.492 § 1 item 1 KSH (Code of Commercial Companies) (merger by a takeover) through transferring all the property of the merged company, Artman S.A. to the overtaking company, LPP S.A.. LPP S.A. will become the biggest clothing chain store in Poland and, thanks to merging with Artman, it will expand its portfolio with new clothing brands (House and Mohito).

RESERVED KIDS awarded by ''DZIECKO'' magazine

On February 19^th, 2009, ''Dziecko'' magazine announced the winners of the ''Best Children's Products of 2008'' competition. Several products from the RESERVED KIDS collection were acknowledged as the best in the Children's wear category.

LPP SA in Bulgaria

On the 14th of February 2009 the first stores by RESERVED and CROPP, both owned by LPP SA, was opened in Park Mall Stara Zagora Shopping Centre in Bułgaria, as the company continues to expand its clothing distribution network in Central Europe.

EXCELLENCE OF FASHION 2008 for RESERVED

On the 9^th of January 2009 in Factory of Vodka Koneser in Warsaw the prizes in 'the Excellence of Fashion 2008 of the ‘Twój STYL' competition organized by Bauer Publishing House were granted. Twice presenters named the brand, RESERVED. Shoes from the fall-winter collection by RESERVED were recognized as Excellence of Fashion 2008 and Gosia Baczyńska was granted a title of The Designer of the Year for her collection for RESERVED.
